I must admit, I’m in my element this Summer with all the different trends. From Florals & Leopard prints in all the colours to one of my favourites, Pastels.
As Vogue put it, we should be wearing an ice-cream palette of tones which encompasses all those beautiful yellows, mints, and lovely delicate shades of pink.
But pastels don’t have to always look so ‘pretty’ you can easily add more edge if the whole trend is simply too twee for you. As always, it’s just about adding the right pops of colour and not overdoing it.
We met with the lovely Stylist Carly at her beautiful Boutique Blessed to talk about the trend and try on some of her favourite pastel items from Spring/Summer 18.
